Makro Online Store USELESS!

Makro online store is absolutely useless! I ordered a particular product, they were quick to deduct the funds, but absolutely useless with delivering the product, promises of 2-5 working days delivery. The product is still packed in store and has not been handed for delivery in 10 working days. Every time I phone the complaints line, they open a ticket which is pathetic i must be having a whole reel of tickets by now. Makro get your act together, no wonder you running at a billion rand loss a year, can't conduct a simple transaction.
