Makro online store unreliable

I placed 3 orders for the same item from Makro (for some reason have to order from individual stores). Only 2 of the orders were delivered. I queried the 3rd delivery over 2 months ago and still have not received it. They claimed they delivered it but when I ask for the proofs of delivery they cannot supply all three, only two. They are ignoring my requests now and therefore deserves this review.
