Makro online store terrible service

Terrible service, bought a fridge on the online store, when we opened it, fridge door was dented, they promised to come pick the fridge up and send me a new one as we moved into a new home and still no one has come or contacted us. Spoke to a lady on Thursday last week, and another yesterday they advised someone will contact us urgently and still no one called us or came to pick up the fridge and give us a new one Ref for call *** PO number ***
