Makro online store selling used phones as new

I bought a NEW Huawei P20 on the Makro online store nearly a month ago. 21 days later, a seemingly used, suspiciously wrapped phone is delivered by a courier guy. Upon seeing the packaging, I asked the courier guy to wait a moment while I unwrap the package to see what's inside.

1stly, the phone box itself was no longer sealed. The device was covered in fingerprints The screen looked aftermarket It wouldn't switch on.

I then returned the phone to the courier guy since this was clearly not what I ordered

I then called, emailed and whatsapp'd makro online regarding my experience and I'm yet to get a response from them.

Not only was the phone supposed to be delivered in 7-10 working days but it was supposed to be a new handset.

At this rate, it'll take another month for me to get a refund.
