Makro online store- poor service delivery

I placed an order on the 23 December 2022 and it was said to arrive by 27 December 2022.

However, this order went to the incorrect address and was since returned to makro cornubia branch.

I have sent numerous emails and called dozens of times and always get the response that the query is being handled and I will get the order today or tomorrow but before January 2023.

I am tired of this poor quality of service I am receiving from makro online store.

To date nothing has changed on my orsr and I am still awaiting it.

Their customer service for online queries is bad.
