Makro online store pathetic service

I would never use Makro online store again. Made a purchase on 2nd Feb, then received it on 6th Feb, but the product wasn't meeting my expectations. I logged a return 2 days later with a date for collection. Nobody from Makro called to arrange a collection, I have called the call center numerous times with them making empty promises to call me and make arrangements, Faith, Richard, you people lie. It's now end of February and I still haven't received any calls. This is extremely unprofessional. Makro online, I want my refund. Your service is pathetic, the staff working there are probably trained to lie to customers. Richard, I am still waiting for my call from you.
