MAKRO ONLINE STORE MAKES DELIVERY PROMISES IT CANT KEEP

AS indicated this order was placed on the 14 June 2018. From this past week Tuesday i had to arrange for people to be at the address to receive the package as it was indicated on the order page that the order is "out for delivery" . When I contacted the call centre on 21 June 10:10 I was informed that the package will only be delivered tomorrow. ANOTHER DAY I have to make arrangements for something that might occur! Your communication regarding delivery times is atrocious!! It seems to me you don't care about it....The couriers fault. NO it is not their fault. Get a better courier company that can deliver the promises YOU make. 2-5 day delivery. First and last time your online store sees me.
