Makro online store is useless!

I ordered online from their liquorshop on the 30th November. I need this order before the 18th of December, so surely one would think that's enough time to receive my items seeing their estimated delivery time says 7-10 days (3-7 working days).

I received an email saying my order will be delayed and then another email saying it has been packed on the 9th Dec. I still have not received my order, 15 days later!

I have emailed them, called twice and all I get told is that they have escalated and are awaiting feedback. I still haven't received any.! I have even offered to drive to the store which is 30km from me and collect the items because they are too useless to get it couriered from Makro Ottery in Cape Town.

They seem to be incapable of even picking up a phone to organise that I collect the items myself. Nobody has even contacted me regarding my queries and explained what the delay is.

Pathetic service, pathetic online store and useless customer service. Don't ever buy online from Makro!
