Makro Online store is the Worst ever and the refund process Is hell

I cancelled my order on 10 February 2025 because they were taking so long to deliver my order and I app**** for a refund and still today I’ve been waiting for my refund, I’ve been calling makro almost every day and sending emails and they all tell me the same thing that they’ll escalate the matter to the finance department , i just didn’t expect a company so big as makro to be *********** were a constomer will have to phone countlessly for a refund, this is just a worst experience, this is a warning to everyone who want to use makro online ..don’t use it because you’ll regret
