Makro online store is nothing but a ****

I am extremely dissatisfied with MakroSA Carnival. I placed an order on July 1st and have yet to receive it. When I requested cancellation and a refund, they refused, claiming that the item has gone missing from their delivery room which has absolutely nothing to do with me. They are unwilling to provide a refund or replacement. If you plan to order online from this store, I advise against it to avoid potential financial loss and distress. Be cautious of this store.
