Makro Online store is a ****

Makro’s online services are a ****. I ordered two items off their website. Only one item was delivered. I contacted them to confirm when the other item will be delivered and they advised I return my items so they can check which item was delivered as they are unable to check with the seller. So now I have to return the only item I actually recived and they will end up only refunding me for one of the items as the other one wasn’t returned because I never received it. So they’re actually just *****ing my money.

Not sure how their lack of infrastructure should have an impact on me. Horrible customer service. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. Rather stick to takealot and Amazon to about this ****.
