Makro online store is a ****

I ordered a stepper from Makro online shopping when the stepper got delivered was not the same ast the one on the app .so three days after delivery I lodged a return then after a month they rejected it without any reason.how can I take something that is not what I ordered.i even have a stepper I bought online for R650 from Makro so what delivered is the same as the one I have but the stepper I ordered is R 1300 it's looks very different.im tired of calling and being made to hold for hours
