Makro Online Store is a ****!!

Makro's online store is a ****!! Do NOT order from them. They delivered the wrong item and upon going through a tedious return process with the most useless customer service I've ever dealt with, I'm still waiting for my money 2 months later. They keep saying they have refunded me but nothing reflects with the bank and they will not send proper proof of payment. I eventually had to report them to the NCC to try get this resolved. They should be shut down how many bad reviews they currently have.
