Makro Online Store Incompetence

I ordered a laptop online from Makro. Their promise is 2-5 days delivery. It is now 14 days later and I don't have my laptop. The standard response at their Call Centre is that they will escalate the matter. I have mailed the Customer Care centre who give you an automated response that they are receiving lots of mail and are very busy and apologise for the delay. This is my worst online shopping experience ever!!
