Makro Online Store-Do not Refund

I placed an order with their online store on 16 September after the website said they had stock. Obviously you need to pay immediately which I did. Waited for a few weeks, then I received a message on the 26 September saying that the item I order is no longer available and a refund will be processed. Followed up on 23 Oct, even sent copies of my statement as proof. Said they will escalate it and to date have still not received it and now they are not even replying to me. Bunch of ******. Do not order from Makro online.
