Makro online store and customer service is trash

I honestly love Makro in person, but their online store customer care is trash!...I bought wireless earphones from them in September, I logged a return, almost immediately because they didn't work properly, they collected them fine, and did the checks they needed , they then said , they'll process my payment I must expect it in a few days. to this day I haven't received my money, even after multiple emails and phone calls.
