I am absolutely disappointed in the service I have received from Makro, I placed an order for a new sleeper couch on the 21st of May, which shows on the online store that there is stock, only for them to send me an email on the 29th of May that there is no stock & I will be refunded, I am sitting without any couch in my living room & also the call centre does not answer at all, this is pathetic, I want my money back today still!! I will never shop at makro again & I will not refer friends & family!! Pathetic service!!
