I ordered a sewing machine on the 27th May 2026, the order was ready o ship 28th April 2026, delivery was promised 7th May 2026 and its now the 11th May 2026, and the order isn't even in transit yet, no communication, no emails or calls, NOTHING. I've called and been told my queries have been escalated, I've called twice and still nothing. I've made arrangements to ensure I'm home when it get delivered and it was all in vain because here I am almost two weeks later with nothing and not even a simple email or call to confirm anything.

I am frustrated and disappointed in this bad service and lack of communication.
