I bought 2 Xbox controllers and they failed to deliver them. I ended up buying new controllers after calling them 3 times to confirm that my order has been cancelled and they agreed it has been cancelled. The order hasn’t been cancelled for over 2 weeks now and it still shows as out for delivery. I’ve been calling everyday and they say the same that the order will be cancelled. But it is never cancelled
