Makro Online stole my money - do not order from them

I ordered a dishwasher from Makro Online at the beginning of February 2019. The courier company used by Makro Online contacted me for delivery, but were not at the correct delivery address. They could not provide me with the address details, and were EXTREMELY rude to me, even putting the phone down in my ear. I complained to the Makro Online Call Centre on the same day - and I was promised that they would "call me right back". A phone call I am still waiting on. I subsequently CANCELLED my order and requested a refund - for which I received a confirmation email. HOWEVER - I still have not received my refund and the Makro Online Call Centre are now not responding to any of my requests for an update. I have no dishwasher and no refund. Makro have taken my money, and have not delivered. The courier company used was abnoxious and the follow up service by Makro dreadful. I will never buy anything from Makro again - they are *******.
