MAKRO ONLINE STOLE MY MONEY!!

MAKRO ONLINE STOLE MY MONEY!!!!I placed an order for 2 office chairs with Makro and it was an online ONLY order.Paid the order already on the 4th of January 2025 and it came to R1398. MAKRO order MAK***. When the order was delivered it was second hand chairs thrown into a box where none of the parts were wrapped so I did not accept the delivery and sent it back.

To date I have tried to cancel this order by calling the call centre 7 times!!!It is almost a month after the purchase and the order is still not cancelled and I still did not get a single feedback email or call from MAKRO.I even askjed to have the order escallated and the only feedback I received was that the only way is to escalate it on the system!!!

If you don't want to go through this frustration and loss please do not buy anything online from MAKro they do NOT honor their purchases.You as the customer are left helpless and your money is ****** as you will never get a refund!!
