Makro Online *****s costumers money, don't buy online.

Don't ever use Makro online. We bought a solar deepfreeze online in December 2021. Makro could not supply the item and said that they will do a refund the amount was R4 499.00. 6 almost 7 months later I am still struggling to get my refund. With each email and phone call they keep on promising I will be refunded. They even sent me an email confirming it was refunded. IT WAS NOT REFUNDED. On my request to show/send me proof of refund they dissappear and ignore any further communications. They keep on lying saying they will forward the issue to finance department. Makro SA stole my money and management is protecting/helping their employees taking money from their clients.
