Makro Online *****ing customers money

I have ordered a product more than 3 months ago from Makro Online. After not delivering for this whole time, I requested a refund in December. Promises have been made to me that I will receive a refund which has not been received to date. No one seems to care or help. Pathetic. Don't know why they try selling products Online if their services is nothing but useless. Merely *****ing my money and not delivering any product.
