Makro online STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Makro online is the worst. The incorrect order was delivered to me, i advised them immediately and they send the couriervto collect, after 8 days their courier called me to ask me for the contact number where the product must be delivered to, this is now 8 weeks later and I still did not receive my refund, they are pathetic, stay away from Makro online!

08 Jan 2026, 16:34This how pathetic you are, not one of your agents even reach out to me to confirm if you have my correct details, hell, if you can send the incorrect item to me then how can you confirm that it is indeed refunded back to my account, a bunch of *********** people, I hope everyone reads this before ever order from MAKRO ONLINE, maybe you bunch need coaching on how to deal with customer complaints properly and not just pathetic emails, confirm and confirm and make sure you are giving facts not just speculations
