MAKRO ONLINE - Stay away!!!

If i could give zero stars, I would!!! What a terrible and unpleasant experience from Makro online! I bought a Christmas gift for my kids on the 25th of December. Money was deducted off my account and expected delivery date was 2 January. Its the 6th of January already and after numerous escalations and emails that was sent, still NO communication as to where the parcel is. I phoned this morning and requested my money back. I have to wait 5days for that to happen since they need to escalate that aswell. Absolutely disgusted with this service!
