Makro Online - Stay Away

Makro Online is exceptionally bad. I bought 2 items online and the delivery date I was sent was 7 days later - anyway that is what it was.

Come the promised date and no delivery and no calls.

I have now phoned the call centre 3 times with various responses that they are busy picking and packing, etc and when asked to be put through to a senior person, two waits listening to the jungle drums for 30 plus minutes until the call gets cut off and still no one responds with a delivery date.

A really poor show from just another clearly poorly run company.
