Makro Online STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Makro Online what a load of *******. STAY AWAY!!!! If I could have given less than 1 star I would have. Worst experience ever. I ordered items on the 27th of June and delivery was expected for the 3rd of July. I called in today 4th of July to follow up on my item and was advised they will look into it, just to receive a email an hour later stating that my order was canceled and the refund has been initiated. I then called them again and was advised that the 3rd party supplier was out of stock. I then told them to then replace it with a similar item which i was told the refund was already processed and i will receive my money in 7 to 14 working days. somebody could have just called and said the item is out of stock do you want something else or a refund no they just do their own thing. All they then do is blame the 3rd party supplier but you don't buy from a 3rd party you buy from makro so their 3rd party problems are their problems not mine. They are quick to take your money but then when they catch on **** you have to wait for your money back. After you pay them there is no customer service the only response you will get is I understand and apologise that is all they will not even attempt to resolve your issue........STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
