MAKRO ONLINE STAY AWAY

Makro is the worst online platform that I ever dealt with. I placed an order on the 24th April 1016. To date I have not received my delivery. Makeo customer care line is totally useless and competent. I tried reaching out to Makro head office in Sandton its shocking the phone just rings no answer.Makro courier DPD Lazer Couries you can never reach them over the phone. I spent close to 2 hours today the 15th May on my phone trying to speak to somebody that can give me some answers Makro get out the online service platform if youl cant service your customers.Next step is the Consumer Ombudsman to claim with cost. Shocking.STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙄
