Good day Please advise about order:#MAK*** placed on 30th November 2024.

Makro Online suggested delivery on Nov 2nd 2024

I received an Sms regarding delivery on the 3rd from the courier, then an message followed that delivery is delayed.

I called the call centre on the 5th December 2024 to be told it will be delivered on the 6th of December 2024.

I Called the call centre again on the 9th of December 2024 with the answer the order is being processed on which I asked to cancel and a refund.

I Emailed *** that same day (9th of December 2024) :

I called the call centre 09/12/24 and asked for a refund on order #MAK***

The call centre advised 7 - 14 days for a refund. Excluding today, public holidays and weekends I must receive my R575.50 into Account: Before or On Friday 03/01/25 no later than this. ************************************************ No response was received via email although the store did call and ask on which there was stated I want a refund. **********************************************************************************

On the 31st of December 2024 Sibusiso Gaula sent me an email: Sibusiso Gaula (Makro) Dec 31, 2024, 10:42 GMT+2 Good day Anina, We trust this finds you well. I'm current following up on your request to cancel order and refund. Please advise if the store had been in contact with you or if items were ended up being delivered.

I have not gotten any feedback from the store since my last escalation, so I'm wondering if query was resolved.

Good morning

I notified the store i want a refund. Today is the 3rd of January already. My refund should have been processed and paid out.

Please advise when i can expect the refund.
