MAKRO ONLINE SITE **** PRICES !

I'm not happy with the online cell phone purchase I made on Friday. I was checking for a new phone and saw that Makro had a special on the OPPO A40 for R2399. I purchased this on Friday morning received confirmation and that shipment was due by Monday 11 August 2025. I received an email saying we handed your order to the courier guy and should be with me by 11 August 2025. I waited the entire day and no response after receiving an sms on Monday at 08:00. Today I called their call center where the lady advised she contacted the courier company and they said the supplier didnt give them the stock I asked who is the supplier she said she cant inform me and said you will be refunded. I checked the site the phone is now at r2999. So I said I bet you going to tell me that the supplier has no stock and you will refunded as now the phone is at R2999 ON MAKRO site but with another supplier. I DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT THE PHONE AT R2399 as paid for. I DONT CARE WHICH SUPPLIER HAS STOCK AS I PURCHASED THIS IN MAKRO SITE NOT THE SUPPLIER ! DONT COME HERE WITH REFUNDS ! I WANT THE PHONE AT R2399 MY EMAIL RECEIVED STATED ORDER OUT WITH COUIER COMPANY MEANING MY STOCK WAS GIVEN OUT NOW THEY SAYING THE SUPPLIER REFUSED TO GIVE THE COURIER COMPANY THE PHONE AS THEY WENT 3 TIMES
