Makro Online should go Offline!!!

My online Purchase of 13 February have still not been finalised, Every Time I Phone everybody apologise , It seems that they sold me a product which they did not have in stock, or the incompetence of their system and staff. The last time I purchased from them online, was in 2005, then also their service was non existing.
