Makro online should close their disgusting service and take notes from Checkers

What a disappointment from Makro again. They should honestly close their online service, call center, Whatsapp as well as delivery services. Even if you complain on WhatsApp they leave you hanging . With their famous line *we will get back to you shortly * something like that. I ordered online they bought the wrong stuff. I've been begging for them to collect the wrong order or atleast share the return process since I've been ignored on WhatsApp My expectation is that 14 days will pass and I will be stuck with it for good. One order devided in 3. I'm waiting for the main order. Conviniently said thee 3rd part of the order is out of stock but the system let me pay for it. That one is refunded surprisingly so. It's not the first time you f#&& up Makro. I gave you another chance don't ask me why because I was so hurt with my 1st that I told myself I will never do Makro online order again. This time has to be the last pity it came with so much inconvenience. I hate you MAKRO. My kids cry every day because I took my last money and order my groceries from you. It's not even about the festive season's hectic schedule. You did this to me when it was quite. Worse that order was delivered after 8pm after numerous calls to the unprofessional delivery guy. Tell me I'm not the only one who's frustrated with your online services.
