Makro Online should close down!

I'm wondering if anyone have had their problems resolved from Makro Online? Is there any one specifically I can contact? I spent the past 3 days constantly on the phone with this person and that. I've sent numerous e-mails, and don't even get a conformation that the mails are read or that anything is being done about my problem. And now I see how many complaints there is about Makro Online and people not being refunded.

I ordered on the Makro online app and paid with instant eft. The money was deducted from my account. Directly after that I got a message on the order that the order could not by processed and the money will be refunded. Its been 36 hours now. I have not received any refunds. I have sent my proof of payment, ID, bank statements and bank conformation to them. But no one is helping! Just telling me the matter has been escalated. To what?
