Makro online Shopping - worst experience ever

I would strongly advise against online purchases at Makro. Order placed 2 weeks ago and was meant to be delivered yet I get notification of the order being cancelled due to no stock. Why was this advertised? why was it not picked up when the order was placed? Shocking to see that this has been going on for a while and this massive organization has not put in measures to prevent this from happening. You will be out of pocket for a month with nothing to show for it. In response, after numerous calls, emails, chats and social media posts to find out what was going on, all I get is an apology for the inconvenience.
