Makro Online Shopping - what has happened???

Makro online is normally unbelievably good, but this week we have experienced problems with them. We ordered something last Thursday with a promised delivery date of July 10th. Many phone calls and emails later, we still have not received anything. We were even phoned by a call centre operator saying they would escalate to Complaints. Still nothing!!!
