Makro Online shopping sucks - Germiston

The only reason I'm giving it 1 star is because i am unable to give a ZERO! I have since bought groceries at Makro Online shopping on Sunday, it is Friday today and still have not received my order. There is poor and unprofessional communication from the Online Managers end. I have to keep calling to understand why is my groceries are not delivered almost 6 days later and was told there were items in my grocery list that are out of stock. Nonsense! Then why don't they deliver what they have? We went to the store on Tuesday, said to them pack my order I will collect right now and therefore won't be a need for delivery, they still refused. I asked for a refund, they refused! At this point I don't understand what Makro Germiston wants me to do. I am frustrated to the core. I had bought kids lunchbox stuff, which caused me to buy from PicknPay again because they withheld my purchase for the entire week. It was the biggest worst and regrettable mistake I ever made. Never ever again!
