Makro Online Shopping sucks!

I have ordered 2 items worh more that R10k on Saturday the 30th November 2024, paid and got a confirmation that the goods will be delivered on Monday. On Monday nothing was delivered and no notification was sent whatsoever. I started following up since I need to make arrangements for the delivery, only to find one the item are sold out and I will be refunded, after I paid and.confirmed item are in stock? Fwd to today, 4 December 2024, I'm calling them and im not getting any joy. They consultants take your details and promise someone will check the progress and update me. It's now almost 18h00 and I haven't received any feedback.

Can we rate 0 Stars for Makro Online?? I think before the decided to implement the Online Shopping, they should've made sure they have competent staff and capacity to execute the job. I'm utterly disappointed, wish I had bought from another store.
