Makro online shopping sucks big time!

This is my 2nd order on makro.co.za. The 1st one they got my parcel lost. This one they packed it all in cape gate makro and tried to send it me in stellenbosch. *** Makro??? i am way closer to Bloemfontein, do you not know how to read an addresss makro? My stuff were supposed to be delivered to me on the 30th of May, it is now the 4th of July and i find out they have cancelled my delivery. *** Makro???
