Makro online shopping sucks

I had bought online a variety of office furniture on the online shop at makro the first delivery was short with an item I had to call the shop in PE which the sale was done through it was delivered after a few days. I bought again furniture its again delivered short item were missing I constantly have to call the store for them to know that the order was not delivered completely on the same order I'm still waiting for a desk that is still not delivered after 3 weeks, when I call the store, I lay a complaint of the order they never come back to you, they always say they are checking, I dont even know what's going on there. I escalated the matter with the customer care, even them they dont come back to you to inform what's happening such unprofessionalism, we are on 4 week now I haven't had any feed back such **** service. If I had known it's going to take more than 4 weeks I would have prepared my self. And they should not write 5 days on delivery if it can't be done.
