MAKRO online shopping - STAY AWAY

Online shopping is a joke.

Place order 26/11/2023, have it confirmed and hear later that it is out of stock. Request a refund. So far, many **** apologies and false assurances, still no refund!!! Couriers have tried to deliver and collect said item with an email stating the order was cancelled. Where is the communication between departments? Just give my money back so that I can shop somewhere else and discuss this extremely poor experience at every braai I may attend. A zero -star rating would be a better option.
