Makro Online Shopping Refund Catastrophy

Ive been waiting for more than a month for a refund from Makro. They cannot be bothered. Sent many emails. Made many calls. I dont want to provide my banking details for refund. I am happy with a Makro voucher as refund yet this takes forever.
