Makro online shopping not recommended at all!!!

Horrible service from Makro online shopping South Africa. Bought item online (Omni Directional Signal enhancement), was not working as described or promised. Logged a return within 14 days of delivery and now 26 days later and 7 emails and 8 phone calls later still no contact from Makro to arrange to come and fetch the item for replacement.
