Makro Online Shopping - No service and no Delivery
Placed an online order with Makro online shopping 28 November 2022. Website promises delivery within 2-5 working days. BS after 7 days my order still reflects as being processed. Called the helpline on two consecutive days holding on for 15 minutes to speak to consultants who cant really help. They just say my complaint is being logged and they are waiting for the store for feedback. How does this help Makro? I was suppose to get feedback within 24Hours. 48 Hours still nothing. The Whatsup line - big surprise - also no response.

05 Dec 2022, 09:25Feedback received. Unsatisfactory 72 Hours after initial expected delivery the helpline and customer care has escalated the query internally. The current status remains awaiting feedback. Makro this is not working!
