Makro online shopping NO DELIVERY

I ordered and paid for items via Makro online shopping on the 27th of November 2021. The turn around time for deliver is a maximum of 7 working days. Today is the 8th of December 2021 - up till now I have not received any communication pertaining to my order, when it will be delivered what is going on, etc. It is R1200's order and I still have not received it. THIS IS POOOOOOOOOOOOR customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
