MAKRO - online shopping nightmare

Still waiting for lawnmower ordered and paid online. Five working days has passed and after complaining twice and informed that a supervisor will call me the status now only shows packed. Pathetic service!!!! This company can go and learn from other companies such as Dischem, Take a Lot, Checkers 60/Sixty, Tupperware which delivers even before expected.
