Makro online shopping is the worst

On the 31st of December I ordered a breast pump at Makro for my sister it was supposed to be delivered on the second of January but it arrived on the 8th, when I received the package it was not at all what I ordered, then the following day on the 9th I logged in a return for the package and till today it hasn't been collected nor have I received any help I called multiple times last week they've been saying I should give them 24 hours it's Monday 20 January today and I still have a package I received on the 6th a completely wrong package yooh.

So what do I do now because my return hasn't been processed. My status has been in progress since I logged the return on the 9th its really disappointing and unfair.
