Makro online shopping is the worst!

I ordered things on makro online then cancelled it coz delivery time changed canceled on the 9th dec and was told a full refund will be done toy card ref*** . they delivered on Saturday 11th now every time I call for them to come pick it up and refund my money they cut my call . these items need to be picked up and the full amount credited to my account. Online services suck and customer care agents no idea what the one is doing from the other. Then 14 days pass and no one knows nothing . I want a call today ***
