Makro online shopping is terrible

Terrible experience ever . I ordered electric deep fryer online on Tuesday.They said they going to deliver it Wednesday, they did not. I called them today they are not professional. I bought it for someone for her birthday today . I'm canceling it,l need my money . This is ridiculous 😒
