Makro online shopping is terrible

Appalling service from Makro. I bought an oven online 7 days ago. I received an sms telling me it will be delivered on Monday, and 4 days later I have received no oven and no communication from Makro. The WhatsApp line does not work. I called their online contact centre today, Leyanne was apologetic but all she can do is escalate and I will be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. I would not recommend anyone buys online from Makro. If I could give Makro a zero star rating I would.
