Makro online shopping is pathetic

Makro online shopping is pathetic. Firstly they say they have stock but there isnt any. They never tell you your estamated delivery date. The call center agents does not have a clue wat is going on. And if you query your order each person has a different story. My opinion is do not waste your time to buy anything at makro online.
